All exchages are to be sent back via registered mail only for your protection to:

If you would like to exchange your purchase, you must do so within 7 days of purchase with your receipt attached. Customers will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs. Coco Kitten will not take any responsibility for purchases sent back. Coco Kitten does not refund shipping fees. Due to health reasons there are strictly no returns on sale items or jewellery items.

Paypal purchases
If you simply change your mind or would like to return your purchase paid by paypal, customers must incur the fee charged to Coco Kitten for the transaction before returning of goods. This is a percentage of the total value of the goods charged to us by paypal. Coco Kitten will notify you of the total cost incurred.
 
All returned items must be unused and undamaged and in their received conditions. This includes original packaging material with all tags and accessories attached.
 
Returns
In the unlikely event that the ordered item is faulty, damaged or incorrect of what was ordered, Coco Kitten will arrange for your purchase to be sent back to us at our cost. All faulty, damaged or incorrect items must be unused and in their original received condition. Coco Kitten will not be held liable for wear and tear use.
