At cocokitten.com.au, we offer a flat shipping rate of AUD$10 to anywhere within Australia on all standard orders placed online. Purchases on jewellery are shipped within Australia at $5 flat rate.

Delivery Time
We dispatch your order as fast as humanly possible or within 2 working days upon receipt of your full payment. All goods are dispatched from Melbourne via Registered Post for your protection on all parcels. Your signature is required for pick up or delivery.

Within Melbourne Metro: next working day
Other areas within Victoria: 1 - 3 working days
Sydeny and Adelaide Metro area: 2 working days
Other Captial cities & Regional areas: 4 - 6 working days
Please always allow up to ten working days for the delivery of your order from date of full payment, bank desposits usually take two working days to hit the account.

Express Delivery
We know there will be times when you need that handbag for the weekend to go with that outfit or need your purchase in time for a gift, if you require your shipment asap we can express post this to you at an extra cost which usually arrives the next day depending on where you are located, please email info@cocokitten.com.au for further details.

Tracking your order

Once you have placed your order on CocoKitten.com.au, an email will be sent to your nomiated email address to confirm your order with all details.
 
If you would like to know the progress of your order at anytime you can visit the “track my order” section of the store. Simply enter your email address and password to view the current status of your order.
 
International Shipping
Coco Kitten ships internationally to a variety of countries. International shipping rates are AUD$29.95. If your country is not listed when checking out please contact us via email info@cocokitten.com.au   
 
Please allow 7 – 14 working days for your shipment to arrive. On occasion, some shipments may take up to 3 weeks to arrive, depending on the amount of time it may take for an item to clear customs.

Please note that all international orders are exempt from the Australia Goods and Services Tax, so all international orders receive 10% off the price at check out.
Postal charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated.
