By browsing and (where applicable) placing an order with us from this Online Store you agree to be bound by these Online Store Terms and Conditions, Coco Kitten PTY LTD ABN 17097713102 site terms and conditions, any additional terms and conditions included in your order form or presented during the purchasing process and any other terms or conditions required to be implied by law (the “Conditions”).

RETURNS
Change of Mind – if you change your mind on a purchase we will gladly allow you to exchange the item for something more suitable. There are no refunds on change of mind unless the item is faulty, notification must be given within 7 days of purchase, and must be delivered and returned within 7 days. Proof of purchase such as the tax invoice must be shown.

To return change of mind item, please contact us. We must receive prior email notification before the return can be accepted.

The purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the item. The item must be returned in unused and undamaged condition, and must be sent in appropriate manner to prevent damage in transit, we highly recommend that you return the goods via registered post so that the parcel can be tracked as Coco kitten will not be held responsible for lost goods. Upon receipt of returned item, you will be given a credit note for the value of purchase, less the below shipping charges, customers will also be responsible for shipping charges for exchange of goods.

Shipping Charge deducted will be:
$10 flat rate shipping fee Australia wide
$29.95 international shipping fee.

FAULTS
Notification of a defective product must be given within 3 days of receiving items, and return of product must be received within 14 days.

Faults do not include differences in fabric print or colour and leather colour variation. We do endeavor to represent the products as best we can, but as we only use natural materials such as genuine leather, there will be some variation in each item. We consider this a good thing! It will make your product unique.

Proof of purchase must be given to returns of faulty items. For notification of faulty product, please contact us.

A repair or exchange will be made on receipt of item. Exchange can only be made where appropriate and if item is available. Repair will be made by Coco kitten, and Coco Kitten will cover the cost of repairing the item. The delivery of the repaired or exchanged item back to the purchaser will be covered by Coco Kitten. All returns are subject to repair.

A faulty product does not include damage incurred by the purchaser in failing to maintain and care for the product properly. We strictly will not accept returns that have been worn and/or without original tags.

WARRANTY
Your Coco Kitten item is covered by a 6 month warranty. This means that we will replace, repair or refund an item which is faulty for a 6 month period from date of purchase. If there is a fault in the item, you must notify us immediately and return the item within 14 days of notification.

This warranty is not covered by items which have not been cared for as recommended in our Product Care. All items returned as faulty, damaged or incorrect will be inspected, and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Exchanges are possible if the item is available. Coco Kitten has the right to refuse refund if we believe that the item was subject to wear and tear.
It does not cover reasonable wear and tear, stains, marked or torn leather, or soiled items.

Manufacturing faults will not be accepted for jewellery item(s) after 3 months of purchase.

Coco Kitten items are not made for “heavy duty” usage, due to  soft leathers and fabrics used. They can certainly be used every day, but they must be treated as you would a special coat or favourite pair of shoes- with love and care.

Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates purchased at Coco Kitten do not expire. Certificates are not redeemable for cash and are also not transferrable from one person to another. If a gift certificate is not completely utilised upon use the remaining dollar value will remain on your existing Gift Certificate and can still be accessed via the code on your Gift Certificate. Refunds on purchases made on Gift Certificates will adhere to the same policies as detailed above.
